Tent Cards for Date, Client’s Name, Client’s Initials

These folding tent cards a great “cheat sheets” for clients to refer to during your appointment, to make sure that your clients are using the correct date, and signing their name as it appears on the signature line of the documents.

Helpful tip:

On the inside of the card, you can show an example of how to correct an error (for example: write the date with an incorrect year, then strike-through, initial, and write the correct year). You can use that for reference during your appointment if the client makes a mistake. You can point to the inside of the tent card and say, “If this doesn’t happen all the time, would I have prepared ‘how to make a correction’ ahead of time?!” That tends to set clients at ease, knowing that it’s not a terrible thing if they make a mistake, it’s not uncommon, and that there is an acceptable way to show a correction.  All is well!
